Dynamic Imaging's IntegradWeb Purchased
by Lacey Diagnostic Imaging Center

Decision Based on Superior Image Quality and Breadth of Knowledge.

Allendale, NJ, May 6, 2005 — Dynamic Imaging, an established leader in PACS technology, announced today that Lacey Diagnostic Imaging Center of Forked River,
New Jersey, has chosen Dynamic Imaging's Web-based IntegradWeb as the practice's first PACS system.

Lacey Diagnostic, which provides outpatient CT and MRI examinations, was created in December 2004 through the merger of two separate diagnostic imaging groups. The past six months have been a time of expansive growth for the practice.

"We are excited to be part of such an exciting time for Lacey Diagnostic," said Alex Jurovitsky, Dynamic Imaging's chief executive officer. "IntegradWeb will help the expanded practice function seamlessly. Our staff is dedicated to making that happen."

Lacey Diagnostic indicated that it was the quality of the images and the breadth of knowledge among Dynamic Imaging's staff that prompted the decision.

"The people at Dynamic Imaging really know their equipment," said Dr. Mitchell Karmel, a manager member of the group. "They almost always have the answers. If they don't, they find out and get back to me immediately."
