Enterprise PACS
IntegradWeb's Flexibility and Cutting-Edge
Referring
Physician Technology Cited as Decision Factors
Allendale, NJ, September 12, 2005 — Dynamic Imaging, an established
leader in Web-based PACS, announced today that RadNet Management,
Inc., California's leader in quality, cost-effective diagnostic
imaging, will soon install Dynamic Imaging's IntegradWeb PACS
in its 55 facilities across the state. RadNet's facilities performed
nearly 947,000 diagnostic imaging and radiology exams in 2004.
"As one of the largest providers of radiology services
in California, our reputation rests on delivering timely results
by appropriately trained radiologists and, in many cases, subspecialty
radiologists," said Dr. Howard Berger, RadNet's chairman
and founder. "However, timely results alone are no longer
sufficient given the challenges of a competitive marketplace.
During selection, we sought to choose a PACS provider that understood
where we are going by expressing a demonstrated commitment to
referring physicians. Dynamic Imaging was able to step up to
the challenge and prove that IntegradWeb has the Web-based flexibility
and comprehensive suite of tools to meet the demanding expectations
of our customers."
Alex Jurovitsky, Dynamic Imaging's
chief executive officer, said, "It is thrilling for us
to begin a relationship with one of the largest and most complex,
multi-facility imaging enterprises in the country. RadNet is
a radiology leader with a reputation of seeking and implementing
proven solutions that offer tremendous value. Discriminating
customers like RadNet are a testament to the character of Dynamic
Imaging. We continue to go above and beyond the norm in PACS,
delivering innovative solutions targeted to radiologists and
the referring physicians they serve. Now RadNet will receive
the premier Web-based PACS experience to further enhance and
distinguish their respected offerings."
Berger added, "In selecting a
company, we looked not only at the software they had to offer,
but also at their management and their overall vision. One
of the important reasons we chose Dynamic Imaging is because
of their commitment to continue to evolve their products with
the ever-changing demands placed upon us by our industry."
RadNet sought a PACS partner that is able to quickly address
the challenging needs of a complex, distributed multi-site enterprise.
RadNet continues to expand their operations and required Web-based
PACS to deliver flexibility to their interpretation model, leading
to efficiencies and optimal patient care.
"We are very excited to work with Dynamic Imaging and to
have IntegradWeb serve as the backbone of our company's daily
operations," said Berger.
With one of the largest radiology practices in California, RadNet
required the ability to access studies on demand across their
vast system to deliver true subspecialty care. RadNet's referring
physicians will benefit from IntegradWeb's best-in-class key
images, self-launching (DICOM and JPEG 2000) CDs, and secure,
anywhere access to their patient's entire history of images and
reports, using the same interface as RadNet radiologists. This
exclusive combination of referring-physician features is only
available from Dynamic Imaging and will continue to reinforce
RadNet's reputation for customer service and quality of care.
The first of RadNet's sites to integrate
IntegradWeb will go live during the fourth
quarter of 2005.
