Dynamic Imaging IntegradWeb® PACS Ranked
#1 by KLAS
for Fourth Consecutive Time
IntegradWeb PACS Leads the Industry in All Major Ambulatory
PACS Indicators
Allendale,
NJ, January 13, 2006 — Dynamic Imaging, an
established leader in Web-based image and information management,
announced today that IntegradWeb PACS was ranked the #1 overall
PACS by market intelligence leader, KLAS* (www.healthcomputing.com),
in the “Specialty Niche: PACS (Ambulatory & Imaging
Center)” category of the recent Top 20 Year-End Best in
KLAS Awards (December 2005).
This represents the fourth consecutive
major KLAS report in which Dynamic Imaging’s IntegradWeb
PACS has achieved an overall #1 ranking. Since the end of 2004,
Dynamic Imaging has been ranked overall #1 in the following
reports:
- Top 20 Year-End Best in KLAS
Awards (December 2005)1
- Ambulatory/Imaging Center PACS 2005
(November 2005)
- Top 20 KLAS Mid-Year Report Card (June 2005)2
- Top
20 Year-End Best in KLAS Awards (December 2004)3
1,2,3 Note: #1 overall ratings in
the “Specialty Niche:
PACS (Ambulatory & Imaging
Center)” category
In each of these reports, KLAS conducts thousands of extensive
interviews with health care executives from provider and ambulatory
health care institutions. These interviews assess customer satisfaction
scores covering 40 performance areas, which are then tabulated
into summary findings that result in an overall score. In the
Top 20 Year-End Best in KLAS Awards (December 2005), IntegradWeb
PACS received overall scores that were one percent higher than
in December 2004 and also reaped the highest percentage of positive
commentary as compared to all other surveyed vendors.
In the report entitled, Ambulatory/Imaging Center PACS 2005
(November 2005), IntegradWeb PACS not only had the top ranking,
but achieved the top overall summary score in each of the four
fundamental categories of evaluation: product/technology, service,
success, and business indicators.
In product/technology indicators,
IntegradWeb PACS had the highest score in five out of 10 indicators,
with a tie for the leading score in two of the indicators.
Across these 10 indicators, IntegradWeb PACS received the highest
individual score of any vendor, having achieved that score
for the important indicator of “technology
is easy to implement and support.” In the report’s
service indicators section, IntegradWeb PACS placed first in
nine of 10 indicators, received the highest individual score
of any vendor, and achieved that score for the “implementation
within budget” indicator. For the success indicators section,
IntegradWeb PACS had the highest score in three out of eight
indicator categories, tied for the top score in four others,
and tied for the highest overall score (across all of the indicators)
for the “worth the effort” indicator. Of important
note, IntegradWeb PACS had the least variability in scores for
the indicators that denote factors that span customer expectations
before and after the sale. Lastly, in the business indicators
section, IntegradWeb PACS had the highest score or tied for the
highest score in seven of the 12 indicators. Furthermore, of
all the eight evaluated vendors, only IntegradWeb PACS equaled
or exceeded both the average KLAS PACS and health care information
technology (HIT) vendor average score in every business indicator.
“Our customers have once again, for the second consecutive
year and fourth consecutive report, rated IntegradWeb PACS as
the premier PACS for imaging centers, radiology groups and ambulatory
centers. Our recent scores led all of the evaluated vendors across
all of the major indicators, signifying the balance of our total
solution,” said Alex Jurovitsky, Dynamic Imaging’s
chief executive officer. “Some vendors focus simply on
technology. Others on cost. Rather than being one dimensional,
we continue to deliver value on all of the areas that matter
most to our customers: affordability, technology, clinical applications
and support. We’re pleased to once again report this prestigious
honor and share it with our hospital and ambulatory-based customers
who are reaping the benefits of our solutions day in and day
out.”
