New Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael Winer, CPA, Brings Imaging Industry Expertise to Dynamic Imaging

Allendale, NJ, June 14, 2006—Dynamic Imaging, an established leader in Web-based PACS, announced today that Michael R. Winer, CPA, has joined the company as vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Winer will oversee the company’s financial and administrative functions and handle some of the company’s operational activities.

Winer comes to Dynamic Imaging from OptiMed Technologies, a cardiology PACS company, where he served as the chief financial officer and chief operations officer for eight years. Before joining OptiMed, Mr. Winer served for ten years as the vice president and chief financial officer for Global Turnkey Systems, an industry-leading provider of business systems for book and magazine publishers. Mr. Winer’s earlier experience included tenures at Crompton and Knowles Corporation and Arthur Young and Company.
