Dynamic Imaging Announces
New Volume-based PACS Pricing at AHRA

Innovative Cost Model Offers Contracting Simplicity
and Tremendous Customer Value

Allendale, NJ, July 31, 2006—Dynamic Imaging, an established leader in Web-based image and information management, announced today at the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) 34th Annual Meeting and Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada (Dynamic Imaging Booth #928), that it has implemented volume-based PACS pricing for new customers of its highly successful, industry-leading IntegradWeb® PACS. All proposals since July 1, 2006, have incorporated this exciting new pricing model.

Dynamic Imaging has retained the scalability of its prior pricing model and continues to base its new volume-based pricing upon the annual number of radiology exams sent to IntegradWeb PACS. This exam volume establishes an annual baseline for the enterprise PACS software license for Dynamic Imaging customers. Offering a straightforward means of contracting, this license does not require a long-term contractual customer commitment and gives customers the flexibility to purchase commercial, off-the-shelf hardware from Dynamic Imaging for turnkey PACS implementations or from other sources (if a software-only purchase is desired).

All volume-based PACS software licenses now include the following features
and system capabilities:

• Unlimited diagnostic user licenses for the IntegradWeb PACS diagnostic workstation
• Unlimited embedded MIP/MPR licenses for all viewers, including CDs
• Unlimited enterprise viewing user licenses
• Unlimited clinician user licenses, with the ability for clinicians to add clinical notes
• Unlimited technologist quality control licenses
• Unlimited DICOM print, DICOM query/retrieve, DICOM push, and DICOM nodes
• Unlimited document scanning
• Unlimited CD PersonalTM, for the ability to burn DICOM and IHE PDI compliant CDs from any PC with a CD burner—no additional local software is required
• IntegradWeb PACS database license (licensed up to the annual
  software license volume)
• Dynamic Imaging Boost: customized marketing materials

By including these features as “unlimited,” Dynamic Imaging customers can now optimize their PACS to the greatest extent possible without concern for unforeseen future costs. All additional IntegradWeb PACS features are available on an “a la carte” basis, creating PACS solutions that are appropriately customized for every acute care and ambulatory environment. A la carte features include interfaces (e.g., RIS/Voice/EMR), DICOM modality worklist, CD Film StudioTM for enterprise CD burning, advanced third party visualization applications, professional services, and additional IntegradWeb PACS servers (e.g., store and forward, proxy).

Once customers’ sites have gone live, Dynamic Imaging will poll customer PACS usage on a quarterly cycle, based upon the previous 12-months of use. Per the terms of the software license, customer usage may be up to 5 percent above the annual exam license volume without need for modification. If the annual software license has been exceeded by more than 5 percent, the customer will be required to increase the size of its annual license.

In addition to new customers, Dynamic Imaging is currently working on plans for converting existing customers to the volume-based pricing model. Set for announcement later in 2006, Dynamic Imaging customers will be given the option to convert their existing IntegradWeb PACS software licenses to volume-based licenses or to remain on an a la carte pricing model.
