Dynamic Imaging Tops MD Buyline Rankings
for
the Fourth Straight Quarter
One Year of IntegradWeb PACS Customer Satisfaction
Leadership
Allendale,
NJ, April 16, 2007—Dynamic Imaging (www.dynamic-imaging.com),
an established leader in Web-based image and information management,
has topped MD Buyline’s user satisfaction rankings for
four straight quarters, sustaining its position as the PACS industry’s
customer service leader.
MD Buyline
Full Intelligence Report for PACS updates its independent
rankings quarterly based on evaluations by network members, who
represent 3,200 hospitals. Since MD Buyline (www.mdbuyline.com)
published its second-quarter 2006 report last July, Dynamic Imaging
has maintained the highest composite user satisfaction score
of the 10 PACS vendors evaluated, including DR Systems, Agfa,
Fuji, Amicas, Kodak, Siemens, GE, McKesson, and Philips.
“These results demonstrate that our customers appreciate
Dynamic Imaging’s dedication and expertise,” said
Alex Jurovitsky, CEO of Dynamic Imaging. “There is a significant
gap in the PACS market today with the majority of companies delivering
old technology packaged with a substandard suite of services.
Dynamic Imaging is proud to remain the market leader in acute
care for the past year, while, in contrast, our competitors have
experienced significant variability.”
IntegradWeb® PACS is a prime example of what MD Buyline
calls the “winning combination”—an affordable
price point combined with the highest user satisfaction. “On
that basis, Dynamic Imaging offers the best value on the market,” Jurovitsky
said.
For the fourth quarter of 2006, Dynamic
Imaging earned a composite user satisfaction score of 9.0 on
a 10-point scale. IntegradWeb PACS also topped five of MD Buyline’s
seven individual evaluation categories as compared to all other
vendors, scoring 9.2 in product flexibility, applications training,
and service support; 9.1 in system performance; and 8.8 in
installation/implementation.
In addition to acute care, IntegradWeb PACS was ranked the #1
PACS by ambulatory care providers, according to the annual Ambulatory/Imaging
Center PACS 2006 Report, November 2006, by KLAS (www.healthcomputing.com),
an independent industry analyst. This was the second straight
year Dynamic Imaging IntegradWeb PACS received this top honor
from KLAS.
“Health systems, community hospitals, radiology practices,
and imaging centers are all taking note of Dynamic Imaging’s
consistently high scores and they are hearing good things from
colleagues using our system,” Jurovitsky said. “In
fact, over 25 percent of our existing customers are second- and
third-generation PACS users. That is a telling percentage, reflecting
the industry’s appreciation for our cutting-edge solutions
from discriminating, experienced users.”
