Dynamic Imaging Welcomes New Vice Presidents
of
Client Services and Systems Solutions
Leadership Appointments Further Strengthen
Industry-Leading
Customer Support Team
Allendale,
NJ, January 18, 2007—Dynamic
Imaging, an established leader in Web-based image and information
management, announced today that Cliff Hults has joined the
company as vice president of client services. Mr. Hults leads
the company’s implementation services and field support
functions, as well as its Global Support Center located in Allendale,
NJ. Concurrent to this new addition, Ranjan Jayanathan, Dynamic
Imaging’s former vice president of client services, has
been appointed vice president of systems solutions. Mr. Jayanathan
brings a wealth of leadership and technical experience to this
new division, architecting sophisticated PACS and workflow
solutions for Dynamic Imaging customers, as well as providing
extensive account management and data migration expertise.
Mr. Hults comes to Dynamic Imaging from Konica Minolta Medical
Imaging USA, where he spent most of his 15-year career. While
at Konica, he worked in all levels of service delivery and senior
management, from field service engineer to national technical
support manager. In his most recent position—as senior
manager of service operations—he led diverse functions
such as customer training and remote support center operations,
as well as
technical liaison to Japan. He also headed Konica’s call
center, CRM, and DRM systems. Mr. Hults is a member of the Association
of Field Service Managers International.
“I am thrilled to work with a team that is so passionate
about supporting their customers,” Hults said. “Customer
service is priority one and our local, remote, and international
teams continue to share that singular focus. I look forward to
sustaining that common goal in 2007 and beyond, as our large
and diverse customer base continues to grow.”
Dynamic Imaging IntegradWeb PACS is now used across more than
500 acute care and ambulatory sites worldwide. With a maturing
and growing PACS market, significant market pressures continue
to drive the need for replacement PACS with migration services,
virtual radiology solutions, as well as sophisticated solutions
for distributed, large ambulatory and acute care institutions.
In order to meet these challenging customer needs, Dynamic Imaging
has established an innovative Systems Solutions division led
by Mr. Jayanathan. A Dynamic Imaging and industry veteran working
in numerous challenging roles, including as a former CIO, Mr.
Jayanathan’s technical creativity and demonstrated customer
success made him the obvious choice to lead this exciting new
division.
“Independent health care research firms such as KLAS and
MD Buyline consistently recognize Dynamic Imaging as providing
top-notch, differentiated services to our customers," said
Alex Jurovitsky, Dynamic Imaging’s chief executive officer. “For
these new executive positions, we selected Cliff and Ranjan due
to their proven track records working with imaging professionals,
in all environments, at all levels of complexity. We’re
proud of this unique strength and look forward to delivering
outstanding solutions and support for all of our valued customers.”
