My Facility - Ambulatory
Ambulatory missions regardless of complexity can be accommodated by IntegradWeb PACS and RIS/PACS solutions. Across our diverse customer base, Dynamic Imaging manages the imaging workflow of individual imaging center practices, local imaging center practices (1-5 centers), regional imaging center chains (12+ centers across multi-state geographies), as well as some of the largest, national imaging center providers with dozens of affiliated centers. This impressive diversity is a testament to our capability, experience and overall value. As a private institution, you can ill afford solutions from vendors who offer you value in name alone. You need the security of a proven provider that not only knows your business, but more importantly, can quickly deploy PACS across all of your locations, and implement a cohesive workflow that drives efficiency everywhere.
Because of our Web-based architecture, we’re able to scale to the challenge of any ambulatory mission. We take PACS very seriously, delivering filmless and paperless solutions right from the start. The reason we’re able to tout these capabilities is because IntegradWeb PACS places impeccable imaging results (images and reports) quickly in the virtual hands of your customers, the referring physician. Not only are your radiologists afforded the most advanced diagnostic workstation available, but your referring physicians are provided secure, immediate access to imaging results using the same interface as your radiologists, over the Web, wherever they have a need for clinical information. This can be in their offices for patient consultation, at home reviewing imaging results, or via industry standard IHE Portable Data for Imaging (PDI) CDs for maximum portability and connectivity. This portability convenience and standards-based assurance is critical as your patients take these CDs to other regional care providers that may use other vendor PACS. You’ve heard the frustration of other PACS vendor CDs that are proprietary and incompatible. Rest assured this is not the case with IntegradWeb PACS.
IntegradWeb PACS also accommodates the needs of large teleradiology and nighthawk practices that specialize in virtual radiology. Our powerful viewer is available anywhere and can connect distributed radiologists exactly the same, regardless of their location. Their IntegradWeb PACS diagnostic workstation experience will be identical to radiologists at your central location, sharing the exact same image manipulation tools, archive access and study list for workflow optimization. It’s no wonder some of the nation’s largest teleradiology organizations count on IntegradWeb to fuel their operations.
From a business perspective, We Care For Your Image unlike any other vendor. We offer both Dynamic Imaging Guardian Diagnostics to keep watch on the health of your system, as well as Dynamic Imaging Boost, the industry’s most complete, customized marketing program. With Boost, you’ll be able to leave the marketing to Dynamic Imaging, as a complete marketing program is offered to both new and existing Dynamic Imaging customers, at no additional cost.
Efficiencies and Praise Abound
Since IntegradWeb PACS uses a singular interface for all viewers that scales infinitely using our volume-based pricing model, the transition to your first or your replacement PACS, powered by the Web, will be a snap. Your training will be minimized, communication across technologists, administrators and radiologists will be seamless and integration to your existing radiology information system (RIS) as well as any purchased clinical applications will drive tangible clinical, management and operational efficiencies.
It is commonplace for IntegradWeb PACS users to expect near total filmless operations (>98%), and paperless operations are possible too with our native integrated document scanning functionality. Communications across care providers are optimally facilitated via IntegradWeb PACS’ tri-level notes capability, continuity and pervasive availability of the viewing application, and overall ease of use. And when communications and workflow are optimized, this cuts down on radiologist interruption, which increases interpretation productivity, increases radiologist satisfaction, and delivers the fastest possible results to referring physicians.
In terms of industry analysts, Dynamic Imaging IntegradWeb PACS has been highly acclaimed by both MD Buyline and KLAS. These continuing evaluations have demonstrated the wide appeal and value of IntegradWeb PACS for both acute care and ambulatory facilities. This is important to note because most ambulatory facilities have relationships with acute care healthcare organizations, and when radiologists are at those institutions, they likely require access to their ambulatory PACS. Dynamic Imaging has solutions to accommodate enterprise PACS in all of these environments, to ensure that no provider has substandard tools to access images and results from PACS.
Standards-based Scale for Today and Beyond
Dynamic Imaging is also firmly rooted in the standards community, actively participating in DICOM, HL7 and IHE committees and also in industry integration exercises such as the annual IHE Connectathon. Most recently we participated in the IHE 2006 Connectathon and successfully tested compliance with 13 actors, across 8 profiles. Included in this testing was compliance with the IHE PDI standard for CDs. We remain the only major Web-based PACS vendor to support this standard, working to ease frustration with incompatible, proprietary CDs that many of our competitors continue to promulgate in the healthcare community. We pride ourselves on integrations capabilities, and our ability to deliver solutions that optimize our customer’s workflow. This includes the ability to efficiently manage the largest multi-thousand image studies from today’s 64-slice CT scanners, and emerging standards for future MR and CT objects. In fact, we were the exclusive Web-based PACS vendor who acted as an Image Manager during the future MR and CT object demonstration at SCAR 2005. Our commitment to standards, and the future of image and information management, is firmly based in our actions, not mere words, and we look forward to delivering these results to your ambulatory facilities for today and years to come.
